The six inches in front of your face ~ lessons learned

Yesterday was bad.  Pain, depression anger.

I though about why I was in so much pain.  I am training too hard.  So yesterday I skipped the workout (i never would have skipped a workout before the injury). Today I feel better, less angry, more energy.

I needed to learn a lesson.  The lesson of rest; resting the body is very hard for me. However when i do rest ~ i get better.

Finding the balance is the hardest part of sports for me; My goal is to compete in the crossfit games ~ but i become to focused on that long term goal.

Focus on the day. Rest when needed.

Focus on the six inches in front of you face.
