A recovery schedule of training that is working

A recovery schedule that works
Rest is great


I believe that over training led me to my injury.


So as part of my recovery I am trying to design a training schedule that will work for the long term.  


This is what i have been doing and  so far my energy is good and fatigue is much lower then per injury


Day 1- strength + cardiovascular 
Day 2 - mobility and stretching
I repeat the pattern until I feel fatigued .


~ on the second day of fatigue i repeat mobility or just rest
