|Some positive notes. The pushups are powerful and fast, the pullups are fully in the air now (they are still ugly), the leg raises are all the way to shoulder stand. I want to get back in the crossfit gym!!!!!!!!!|

Keeping my chin up past few days has been rough.
Its not the pain its the lack of mobility that is getting to my head.
I decided to be pro-active and order a scooter.
Todays workout - not bad - not bad at all :)
