Paleo Shmaleo

If you have not heard of the paleo "diet" (its not a diet) ~ then maybe you have been in a cave.
(thats funny ~ trust me)

Basically you eat what we (humans) would have eaten before agriculture.

Vegetable, meat, fruit, nuts.

I have been eating this way for about 5 weeks.  I feel good, I have  lost 7 pounds and my fractured tibia has healed very fast.

I dont know is the paleo eating has helped my healing but i have defiantly lost a lot of fat without doing any cardio for the last month.

Its worth learning about at the least.
