95% ~ now I am trying to choose a direction of training - i may keep it really simple till Summer (basic 4 + rowing + 1 hard workout a week)

building short term goals goal 1 - return to crossfit goal date 1 - goal date 1 12!
Time to start setting some short term goals.
the long term goal is to enter the crossfit gamed in March of 2013
Goal: return to crossfit
Date: 1 12 400pm
needed to reach goal:
1. Full range of motion
2. Full weight bearing
3. walk in normal shoe
4. walk with no limp
5. clearance from doctor
