I am rehabing a fractured tibia
I am 6 weeks into the process
Full weight baring
normal shoes inside
cam walker outside once i am tried
we use 2 lacrosse balls taped together in training
I have started using 2 tennis balls taped together to work on range of motion and breaking down scar tissue
the results have been great so far
I walked over a mile today with little to no discomfort!
