energy coming back
After 2 days of R & R I am getting some energy back.
Next doctors meetings is in about 2 weeks.
I am going to swich 90% of my efforts to physical therapies for my ankle and leg strength
this means almost no strength training
I was trying to do the PT and strength training but I don't have the stamina and the PT. IS more important
