Saturday! 11 3 2011

Today's workout. Goal was 3 sets in under 60. I was wiped in one set.  It is a good start.


I made it through the work week. Very happy about being able to bring home the bacon to the family.  The week was filled with lots of pain; but it is behind me now.

Today I am chilling with the boy watching the Sponge Bob marathon, I cant think of a way I would rather spend the day.  I am going to do recovery workout ""A" today.  I am going to take it easy ~ this weeks goal is to get back into the habit of training.
