doctors appointment today
so X-rays look good
still not 100%
i can use the rowing machine all i want and lift weight under 50 pounds
no running or jumping for probably about a month
I plan to use the rowing machine , light kettle bells, and body weight in the next few weeks
so not back to competition yet but thats cool
