camping pictures ~ 1 16 Monday WOD / workout of the day

just got back from a camping trip - leg was pretty good, i wore the brace at all times, most of the time i didnt even notice the ankle (unless i was hiking)
Monday day off work
WOD = 35 minutes
0-5 row - 1054 meters
5-10 = 20 squats, 20 push ups, 8 pull ups (purple band)
10-15 = row 1135 meters
15-20 = 20 push ups , 5 pullups (band), 10 slosh pipe squats
20-25 = row 1193 meters
25-30 = slosh pipe press medley, 20 situps 20 leg lifts, 20 super mans
30-35 = 40 KB swings, 40 kb circles
