95% ~ now I am trying to choose a direction of training - i may keep it really simple till Summer (basic 4 + rowing + 1 hard workout a week)

Rehab is exhausting
This process is exhausting, no one gets it, so don't try to explain.
Just take care of your self, and don't talk about your struggles, no one wants to hear it.
